Principals

Morris & Fellows is led by two generations of the Morris family,
each bringing a distinct
perspective to the practice — one informed by decades of
development experience, the
other by a broader
contemporary practice
spanning retail strategy,
adaptive reuse, and mixed-use consulting.

Cheri Morris

Founder & Principal

Cheri Morris founded Morris & Fellows in 1980 after an early career in retail marketing, leasing, and mixed-use development. Over the decades, she has helped shape some of the Southeast’s most recognizable town centers and downtown districts, with a body of work defined by strong commercial instincts, a clear understanding of public life, and a long view of how cities grow.

Kristen Morris

Principal

Kristen Morris brings experience in retail strategy, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use development to the firm. Her work spans large-scale destinations and emerging districts alike, with an emphasis on how leasing, positioning, and public life come together to shape a place that feels coherent from the ground up.
